SUMMER 2026 Enrollment Policy & Important Information

  • Summer 2026 offers Eight (8) Weekly Sessions from June 29-Aug 21, 2026.
  • Flexible Weekly Scheduling.
  • Camp families may enroll their campers by the week.
  • Campers will be placed according to their grade level in Fall 2026.
  • We do not offer partial weeks and/or daily enrollment.
  • Tuition/Rates are date sensitive. 
  • Programs and Session Offerings vary. 
  • Extended day, lunch, and transportation services available for an additional fee. Click "Enroll" for pricing. 
  • Applications are processed by the camp office with itemized billing statements emailed thereafter.

Payment Policy

  • $150 Deposit Required, Per Week & Per Camper at time of registration.
  • Balances are due – and will be charged – on April 1, 2026.
  • Registrations after April 1, 2026 will be charged in full.
  • Payment plans are available for families enrolling in Four (4) or more weeks.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds are available through February 1, 2026.
  • Prior to April 1, 2026, cancellations are refundable minus a $150 administrative fee, if all sessions are canceled.
  • After April 1, 2026 there are NO refunds for cancellation.
  • Registered camp weeks and/or programs can be switched – subject to availability – at any time and requests must be emailed to the camp office.
  • Camp weeks can be added – subject to availability – at any time, and these are billed at the prevailing pricing based on the date sessions are added.
